Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited has adjourned its Board of Directors meeting, initially scheduled for Tuesday, 13th October 2026, to Thursday, 15th October 2026, due to unavoidable circumstances, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The adjourned meeting will consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026, a discussion on raising of funds, and other business matters.
