Automobile Products India confirms securities dematerialization processed by MUFG Intime India

Automobile Products of India Limited, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, and that security certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, with the depositories substituted as registered owners.
