Chalet Hotels confirms compliance with SEBI regulations regarding share holdings

Chalet Hotels Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to Chalet Hotels Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization were received.
