Authum, Inox Neo consortium completes acquisition of Wind World (India) Limited

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited announced that the consortium comprising Inox Neo Energies Limited and itself has successfully discharged its obligations for the implementation of a resolution plan to acquire Wind World (India) Limited, with October 08, 2026, declared as the “Implementation Date” according to a circular resolution passed by the Implementation and Monitoring Committee of Wind World (India) Limited.
