Artson Limited appoints Sukumar Hebbar as Chairman and Priti Patel as Additional Director

Artson Limited, formerly Artson Engineering Limited, appointed Sukumar Hebbar as Additional Director (Non-Executive) & Chairman of the Board and Priti Patel as Additional Director (Non-Executive), both effective October 12, 2026, subject to member approval at the company’s general meeting. Sukumar Hebbar, currently Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tata Projects Limited, brings over 36 years of experience in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) industry, while Priti Patel, currently Chief Business Transformation Officer at Tata Projects Limited, has over two decades of experience in the global infrastructure sector. Neither Hebbar nor Patel are related to any existing directors of Artson Limited.
