CSM Technologies confirms full electronic shareholding via KFin Technologies report

CSM Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in terms of regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that the company's entire shareholding is in electronic mode and no rematerialisation requests were received during the period.
