Bright Outdoor Media Limited announced that the board meeting previously scheduled for October 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, has been postponed and rescheduled to October 16, 2026; the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the BSE SME Platform.
