Shiv Texchem receives certificate from Bigshare Services for period ending September 30, 2026

Shiv Texchem Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Bigshare Services Private Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Additionally, Bigshare Services Private Ltd. confirmed that the regulation is not applicable to Shiv Texchem Limited as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for dematerialization were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
