Fabino Enterprises Limited will change its name to Raavi Greenz Resources Limited, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances, according to a corporate disclosure filed with the BSE Limited on Monday, October 12, 2026. The board also approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association to reflect its focus on biofuel, renewable resources, and related agro-based businesses, and to enable the company to undertake new business activities.
