Marc Loire Fashions Limited seeks shareholder approval to double authorized share capital

Marc Loire Fashions Limited, formerly Marc Loire Fashions Private Limited, convened an extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) on Saturday, October 10, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for increasing the authorized share capital from Rs 8,00,00,000 divided into 80,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, to Rs 20,00,00,000 divided into 2,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, and amending Clause V of its Memorandum of Association; remote e-voting was available from October 6 to October 9, 2026, and e-voting was also provided during the EGM and for 15 minutes thereafter, with the voting results and a scrutinizer’s report to be submitted to the BSE Limited and made available on the company’s website.
