Trustwave Securities Limited, formerly known as Sterling Guaranty & Finance Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 9, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
