SWASTI VINAYAKA ART AND HERITAGE CORPORATION LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, stating that no dematerialisation requests for equity shares were received between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
