Bikaji Foods confirms no share dematerialization requests during the September quarter

Bikaji Foods International Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on October 9, 2026, confirming that Beetal Financial and Computer Services Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), had not received any requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
