Automobile Corporation of Goa appoints Swati Salgaocar as independent director for five years

Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Swati Shivanand Salgaocar as an additional, non-executive independent director for a term of five years, commencing October 8, 2026, and ending October 7, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Salgaocar is the Managing Director of V. M. Salgaocar & Brother Pvt Ltd. and a director at the Vimson Group of Companies, and currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Siemens Energy India Ltd. and Bajaj Electricals Ltd.
