Nityas Gems and Jewellery closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 8, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
