IndiGo’s parent, InterGlobe Aviation, confirms all securities are held in dematerialised form

InterGlobe Aviation Limited, the parent company of IndiGo, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed that all securities of the company are held in dematerialised form and no rematerialisation requests were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, rendering the requirements of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 not applicable.
