Scan Projects Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has received a compliance certificate from M/s Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt Ltd, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
