Sona BLW confirms full share dematerialization via KFin Technologies report

Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, received from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that the entire holding of the company’s shares are in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received during the period.
