SMC Global Securities closes Rs 15,000 lakh NCD public issuance early, per exchange filings

SMC Global Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Non-Convertible Debenture Committee approved the early closure of a public issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs 1,000 each, for an amount of up to Rs 7,500 lakh, with a green shoe option of up to Rs 7,500 lakh, aggregating up to 15,00,000 debentures for an aggregate amount of Rs 15,000 lakh, on Friday, October 9, 2026, instead of the previously scheduled closure date of Friday, October 16, 2026.
