Vivanza Biosciences Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 8, 2026, that the company has not raised any further funds through a public issue, rights issue, or preferential issue, and therefore, the statement of deviation or variation under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable.
