Schneider Electric submits certificate to Indian exchanges regarding share transfer agent compliance

Schneider Electric President Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India that it is enclosing a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
