Tracxn Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 18,620 equity shares under the TRACXN Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (ESOP 2016) to eligible grantees at an exercise price of Re. 1 per Equity Share, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to 10,69,73,699 shares from 10,69,55,079 shares.
