DJ Mediaprint confirms securities dematerialization certificate from Purva Sharegistry

DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange of India Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it has received a certificate from Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
