Apollo Finvest debenture holders approved a rate increase to 10% on Rs 15 crore NCDs

Apollo Finvest (India) Limited informed the BSE that a revision in the interest rate from 9.75% to 10% has been approved by debenture holders for its unlisted non-convertible debentures (NCDs) issued on a private placement basis for an amount of Rs 15 crore, effective October 7, 2026.
