Innova Captab received a certificate from KFin Technologies regarding share holdings

Innova Captab Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, noting that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in dematerialized form.
