Pudumjee Paper Products sells stake in MITCON Solar Alliance for Rs 24 million

Pudumjee Paper Products Limited announced it has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to sell 12,04,999 equity shares of MITCON Solar Alliance Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle formed by MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited through its wholly-owned subsidiary, MITCON Sun Power Limited, to MITCON Sun Power Limited for a consideration of Rs 2,40,49,990 plus applicable taxes, duties and other charges, with the transaction expected to be completed within a month.
