Roopa Industries confirms securities dematerialization compliance with BSE, per Aarthi Consultants

Roopa Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, it has confirmed that securities received for dematerialization were listed on stock exchanges and related certificates were mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in its records, based on a certificate received from Aarthi Consultants Private Limited.
