Sakthi Finance confirms securities dematerialization process completed per MUFG Intime report

Sakthi Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that, as per a certificate dated October 3, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were confirmed to the depositories and listed on the BSE Limited, while security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled.
