Indo - City Infotech confirmed compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Indo - City Infotech Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has confirmed, based on a certificate received from MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, stating that securities received for dematerialization were listed on stock exchanges and certificates were mutilated and cancelled.
