Bombay Potteries & Tiles Ltd. informed the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, that the company did not raise funds through a public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, or qualified institutional placement during the quarter and year ended September 30, 2026, and therefore, the submission of a Statement of Deviation or Variation is not applicable as per Regulation 32(1) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.
