Tuni Textile Mills Limited informed the BSE that the company did not issue any non-convertible securities and therefore, the payment of interest or principal on non-convertible debentures or bonds was not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming non-applicability of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
