Bal Pharma Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that, based on a certificate received from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the details of securities dematerialised/rematerialised during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been duly furnished to both stock exchanges within the prescribed time limit.
