Global Infratech confirms securities dematerialization and exchange listing through Purva Sharegistry

Global Infratech and Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
