Global Infratech & Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 7, 2026, that the company has not issued any Non-Convertible securities and consequently, payment of interest or principal on NCDs/Bonds was not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, resulting in a NIL report being submitted as per Regulation 57(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
