Shreeji Translogistics Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to declare an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2027; the trading window for company insiders will be closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
