Fundviser Capital will not submit a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange

Fundviser Capital (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company is not submitting a certificate under Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as it has not issued any non-convertible securities listed on a recognized stock exchange.
