Manappuram Finance submits confirmation certificate to exchanges via Registrar and Transfer Agent

Manappuram Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and India International Exchange (IFSC) Ltd that it is enclosing a Confirmation Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent.
