Ola Electric seeks up to Rs 1,000 crore via rights issue, approved by NSE and BSE

Ola Electric Mobility Limited has received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited for a proposed Rights Issue of partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, seeking to raise up to Rs. 1,000 crores.
