Stallion India Fluorochemicals confirms full dematerialization of shares in a regulatory filing

Stallion India Fluorochemicals Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received during the period, according to a filing on October 6, 2026.
