Swan Defence to consider quarterly, half-year financial results at October board meeting

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited, formerly Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited, will hold a board meeting on Monday, 12th October 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
