Rikhhav Securities' board approved requests to reclassify shareholders from Promoter Group

Rikhhav Securities Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 6, 2026, that its board approved requests from Makshi Infotech Private Limited, Parth Investment Consultants Private Limited, Punya Associates LLP, Aadarsh Trading LLP, CU Lakhani, MN Shah, D N Shah, S M Shah, and CJ Maniyar to reclassify from the ‘Promoter Group’ category to ‘Public Shareholder’ category, subject to approvals from BSE Limited.
