Magadh Sugar confirms securities dematerialization certificate submission to Indian exchanges

Birla Group of Sugar Companies, submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Ltd. on October 6, 2026, concerning the confirmation of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018; the certificate was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
