Adani Power Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, received from Kfin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
