Manba Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to declare and pay the 02nd Interim Dividend for fiscal year 2026-27; the trading window for securities of the company will be closed from Tuesday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are made public for designated persons and their immediate relatives/dependents.
