Sofcom Systems Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s. P M S H P S & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, until the conclusion of the 36th AGM in 2031, covering financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31.
