Orissa Minerals closes trading window ahead of quarterly results declaration

Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, and the Calcutta Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
