Jyothy Labs Limited announced that its Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee approved the allotment of 21,009 equity shares under the Jyothy Labs Limited-Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2023, increasing the company’s paid-up Equity Share Capital to 36,72,35,520 shares of Rs 1 each, aggregating to Rs 36,72,35,520.
