Simranfarms Limited reports no dematerialisation requests received during the September quarter

Simranfarms Limited informed the BSE that it received a certificate from Ankit Consultancy Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that no requests for dematerialisation of securities were received during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
