Filtron Engineers Ltd. submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 5, 2026, confirming the receipt and processing of physical share certificates for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (I) Pvt Ltd acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
