Gayatri Sugars Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that T. Indira Reddy, T.V. Sandeep Kumar Reddy, and T Subbarami Reddy, on behalf of the promoters and promoters group, have released a pledge on 59,12,353 equity shares of Gayatri Sugars Limited on August 13, 2026, as part of debt clearance.
